Job Description

Rizal Microbank Inc.- A Thrift Bank of RCBC is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling of Meetings: Coordinate and schedule meetings with various stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Coordinating with Other Units: Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Crafting Reports and Presentations: Develop and maintain accurate and informative reports and presentations.
  • Filing System: Develop and maintain an efficient filing system to ensure easy access to important documents.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate with a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and computer literacy.
