
Strategic Partnership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive to join our team as a Strategic Partner. As a trusted advisor to the CEO, you will play a critical role in leading initiatives, fostering culture, and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for managing complex projects, developing strategic plans, and providing expert guidance to key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimizing the CEO's calendar, email, and priorities
- Supporting social media presence and thought leadership efforts through content research and drafting
- Providing outbound support to book speaking engagements and respond to inquiries
In addition, you will serve as a primary liaison to our board members and shareholders, coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring timely communications.
You will also be responsible for coordinating corporate planning sessions, driving special projects, and acting as our EOS Administrator.
A successful candidate will be an avid user of AI tools, eager to experiment and integrate new solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making.
