Associate Partnerships Manager Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating and activating channel partnerships that drive Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs) for our SaaS platform. Your primary objective will be to identify strategic associations, supplier networks, ERP integrators, and fintech ecosystems, and convert these relationships into a steady flow of partner-sourced opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and Prioritize Target Partners: Conduct thorough research to identify and prioritize 200 target partners within the first 45 days.
  2. Maintain Enrichment Fields in HubSpot: Ensure data completeness of at least 90% for 200 prospects uploaded to HubSpot, with accurate enrichment fields such as ICP fit and contact tier.
  3. Cadence Execution: Execute a 3-step cadence via CRM Sequences, consisting of email, LinkedIn DM, and call, to book partner intro calls and coordinate follow-up discovery calls through the Appointment Setter.
  4. Qualification and SQL Generation: Qualify each partner to meet the SQL definition, with a minimum of 8 partner-SQLs per week and a show-rate of ≥60%.
  5. Partner Deck and Joint Value Proposition: Develop a comprehensive partner deck and 2-page joint value proposition to effectively communicate the benefits of partnership.
  6. MOU Template Sign-off and Onboarding Playbook: Facilitate the sign-off of an MOU template and develop an onboarding playbook, with a standard MOU signed by Month 6 and an NPS rating of ≥50 from the first 3 partners.
  7. Weekly Sync and Attribution: Participate in weekly syncs with the Appointment Setter to hand off partner-SQLs, accurately tag revenue attribution, and commission splits, with zero attribution disputes and CRM hygiene of ≥95%.
  8. Talk-Track Insights and A/B Testing: Feed talk-track insights back to Marketing and conduct A/B testing on subject lines and call-openers to achieve a +10% reply-rate lift by Month 4.
