Logistics Professional Job

The Logistics Professional will be responsible for providing logistics support and other general administration duties. These include the monitoring, control, and documentation of inventory movements, as well as assisting in the maintenance of updated files and records.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting in the preparation of Receiving Reports;
  2. Monitoring and coordinating delivery status to customers or offsite warehouses;
  3. Resolving day-to-day delivery issues with customers and sales personnel;
  4. Preparing Expired Reports and Consolidations;
  5. Receiving rejected and/or returned products, validating documents versus actual stocks, and physically transferring items to warehouse locations;
  6. Maintaining complete, accurate, and up-to-date warehouse document files at all times;
  7. Assisting in the preparation of Files and Records (FAM);
  8. Preparing Liquidation Reports.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business or a related field and at least three years of work experience in a related role.
