Job Overview

The role of Logistics Operations Expert is a key position within the supply chain team, responsible for analyzing and developing end-to-end logistics strategies to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

  • Support management of order fulfillment platforms and integration tools.
  • Strategize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, demand planning, and fulfillment to optimize stock levels and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate relationships with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and warehouse partners for timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and ensure seamless operational alignment.
  • Analyze operational data, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and support strategic decision-making.

Key Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Amazon operations or supply chain management.
  • Leadership/people management experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Suite.
  • Experience with Shopify, Helium10, Gorilla ROI, and Scale Insights are beneficial.
