Job Title: Customer Experience Manager

The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for leading a support team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of production environment experience.
  • 5+ years of SQL and team leadership experience.
  • Strong background in Linux, networking, firewalls/VPNs, and relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
