Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to lead our customer relationship management strategy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating impactful experiences and a strong background in managing loyalty and membership programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the CRM strategy across channels, including lifecycle email and WhatsApp
  • Stay up-to-date on martech trends to continuously improve CRM tools and execution
  • Analyse customer data and campaign performance to uncover insights and optimise communications
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a CRM role, preferably in retail or e-commerce
  • Proven experience leading a team and managing vendors
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation programs
