
Strategic Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to lead our customer relationship management strategy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating impactful experiences and a strong background in managing loyalty and membership programs.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the CRM strategy across channels, including lifecycle email and WhatsApp
- Stay up-to-date on martech trends to continuously improve CRM tools and execution
- Analyse customer data and campaign performance to uncover insights and optimise communications
The successful candidate will possess:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a CRM role, preferably in retail or e-commerce
- Proven experience leading a team and managing vendors
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation programs
