Job Description:
">- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by managing high volumes of interactions via phone, email, and online chat to resolve queries and provide product information.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Upsell products when opportunities arise and seize cross-selling possibilities.
- Build sustainable relationships with customers by going the extra mile and engaging them through personalized service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
