Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for travelers.

This role involves handling high-pressure situations, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with external partners to resolve problems quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer support through various communication channels (phone, email, live chat).
  • Assist customers with pre-trip inquiries, on-trip issues, and post-trip resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth pick-up and drop-off experience.
  • Troubleshoot vehicle issues, coordinate roadside assistance, and liaise with insurance providers and external partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers.
  • A strong sense of urgency and adaptability, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages are highly valued.
  • Mechanical or fleet knowledge is a plus.
