Customer Service Specialist I

A competitive salary package awaits the chosen candidate. Located in BGC, Taguig.

This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
  • Analyze common complaints and problems using reports.
  • Utilize knowledge base information to answer customer inquiries and seek guidance from supervisors when necessary.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year completed in college or a High School Graduate with at least 4 years BPO working experience.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to work onsite 100% in our BGC, Taguig office is required.
  • No issues working on night shifts, shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays.
