Customer Service Specialist I

This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
- Analyze common complaints and problems using reports.
- Utilize knowledge base information to answer customer inquiries and seek guidance from supervisors when necessary.
- A minimum of 1 year completed in college or a High School Graduate with at least 4 years BPO working experience.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- The ability to work onsite 100% in our BGC, Taguig office is required.
- No issues working on night shifts, shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays.
- Quarterly Performance Bonus available.
- 24 Leaves annually.
