Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.

The ideal candidate will have experience in billing, troubleshooting, and account management, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with remote teams and other departments.

This position requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to empathize with customers, and a passion for providing an outstanding customer experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries
  • Resolving complex customer issues through active listening and creative problem-solving
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date on new systems, products, and processes to provide expert-level support
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Familiarity with Atlassian products and services
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in billing, account management, or technical support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • A high level of adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in a fast-paced environment
