
World-Class Customer Experience Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and managing customer needs through various communication channels.
The ideal candidate will have excellent command of spoken and written business-level English and native-level Japanese or JLPT N1 qualification. They should also possess immaculate telephone manners, excellent listening skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
In this role, you will be expected to deliver excellent customer service, manage customer inquiries, and provide solutions to customer issues in a professional and timely manner. You will also be required to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and demonstrate a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
