Customer Service Representative

This role involves providing excellent customer service by responding to queries, resolving issues and following up with customers to ensure full resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a willingness to learn and develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Analyze common complaints and problems to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize knowledge base information to answer customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to supervisors or lead workers when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (no back subjects).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
