US-Based Marketing Coordinator

This is a remote marketing coordinator position for a US-based company. The successful candidate will execute comprehensive marketing operations and event coordination across the organization's proptech SaaS portfolio.
The role combines hands-on marketing implementation with technology proficiency and meticulous attention to detail. Key responsibilities include managing workflows and deliverables using sound project management principles, translating marketing strategies into measurable results, and recommending process improvements while handling tight deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required skills and qualifications include 1-2 years of professional marketing coordination experience, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience using project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Notion.
The ideal candidate will have strong English language proficiency, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively across different time zones. Additionally, they should have knowledge of project management principles applied to marketing coordination, resilience and ability to perform under pressure with tight deadlines, and an adaptive learning mindset for technology and process optimization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing campaign setup, including content scheduling, performance tracking, and tactical coordination.
- Coordinate sponsorship evaluation processes for trade shows and conferences by documenting cost-benefit analysis, handling registrations, and tracking return on investment.
- Manage travel logistics and vendor relationships for events, including booking flights and accommodations, creating detailed itineraries, and maintaining supplier relationships.
- Execute event logistics operations, including shipping coordination, promotional merchandise management, and booth setup for conferences.
- Coordinate on-site activities during events, including partner event support, meeting facilitation, and networking coordination.
- Track performance for event interactions, document leads, and monitor deal progression.
- Coordinate content development workflows, including photography logistics, content creation support, and publication scheduling.
- Manage contact database operations, including data organization, audience segmentation preparation, and cross-functional team coordination.
- Execute multi-channel communication campaigns, including social media scheduling, email sequence deployment, and content publishing optimized for different time zones.
