Position Title: Brand Marketing Officer

Office/Department: Marketing Department

Coordinates Closely With: Senior Brand Marketing Coordinator, Sales Team, and Product Admin Team

Location: Quezon City, Metro Manila

Summary

The Brand Marketing Officer plays a key role in implementing and monitoring marketing initiatives across multiple brands within the company's portfolio. Positioned as a tactical executor of campaigns, the Brand Marketing Officer ensures that marketing activities—both digital and traditional—are delivered on time, aligned with business objectives, and consistent with brand standards.

As part of a dynamic marketing team in a family-owned automotive accessories enterprise, the Brand Marketing Officer contributes to both day-to-day marketing operations and special projects, providing creative input, timely delivery of outputs, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Campaign Implementation & Coordination

  2. Execute brand campaigns and promotions in alignment with departmental plans.

  3. Coordinate with suppliers, creatives, printers, and vendors to deliver campaign materials.
  4. Track campaign milestones and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  5. Digital Marketing Execution

  6. Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of social media accounts.

  7. Assist in running paid ads (Meta, Google) and monitor performance.
  8. Respond to customer messages, comments, and online inquiries in a timely manner.
  9. Content Development & Brand Assets

  10. Support the creation of marketing collaterals (graphics, captions, videos).

  11. Maintain organized repositories of brand assets and ensure consistency in use.
  12. Ensure all outputs adhere to brand identity guidelines.
  13. Trade & Channel Marketing

  14. Provide support during product launches, dealer activations, and trade shows.

  15. Coordinate event logistics and consolidate feedback from trade partners.
  16. Market Research & Analytics

  17. Conduct regular market scans and competitor monitoring to inform campaigns.

  18. Track and analyze performance of digital and offline marketing activities.
  19. Provide actionable insights to improve campaigns and consumer engagement.
  20. Reporting & Documentation

  21. Compile and submit campaign performance reports and presentations.

  22. Maintain accurate records of marketing materials, analytics, and activities.
  23. Cross-functional Collaboration

  24. Work with the Sales and Product teams to ensure marketing efforts support revenue goals.

  25. Support internal communication campaigns and employee engagement initiatives when required.
  26. Participate in interdepartmental projects as assigned.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.

· At least 2–3 years of work experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or brand support (internships and volunteer work may be considered).

· Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Ads, SEO/SEM tools).

· Basic knowledge of graphic design, video editing, or copywriting is an advantage.

· Strong organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

· Effective written and verbal communication in both English and Filipino.
