Job Description:

As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts. You will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, and help coordinate sales activities to achieve our business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong organizational skills and a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sending of email to market the products to the prospect clients.
  • Sending of email to market the current promotions, discounts and offer to the existing/prospect clients.
  • Send the marketing materials and documentation of each clients.
  • Send the documentation for proposals and product presentations to clients.
  • Answering the inquiries /concerns of clients thru different platforms.
  • Updating the daily, weekly and monthly sales & marketing reports.
  • Preparing the weekly output report of marketing in different platforms.
  • other task that concerns preparation, providing, performing and documenting of sales and marketing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
