We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support US-based HR operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage documentation and processes for FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, leave administration, and unemployment claims.
  • Maintain HRIS (BambooHR, Paycor) and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, including background checks, I-9 compliance, and exit interviews.
  • Respond to employee inquiries, track training, evaluations, and documentation.
  • Support engagement initiatives, HR reporting, audits, and data integrity.
  • Assist with payroll coordination, compliance tracking, and data privacy adherence.
  • Organize company meetings, surveys, and special projects.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years HR coordination/admin experience for US-based companies.
  • Knowledge of US labor laws and HR processes, including FMLA, ADA, and leave management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, BambooHR, and HRIS/ATS platforms.
  • Strong communication, confidentiality, and multitasking skills.
  • Willing to work a US-aligned night shift.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree and experience supporting US HR teams from offshore/shared services.
