Marketing Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and design tailored marketing strategies for each branch, ensuring they align with company goals and local market needs.
• Oversee the implementation of marketing programs, including coordinating with marketing officers to ensure they are executed effectively across all branches.
• Create and promote marketing campaigns that engage and inform the target audience while driving brand awareness for the laboratory's services.
• Develop and maintain a marketing schedule for each branch, ensuring timely execution of marketing programs and promotions.
• Explain marketing initiatives and objectives to the marketing officers and ensure smooth communication for timely execution.
• Regularly update branch teams on marketing activities and progress, ensuring that each branch's marketing efforts are consistent with company standards.
• Assess and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of marketing efforts at each branch, and develop corrective actions or improvements as necessary.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client data and sensitive marketing materials.
• Continuously monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making adjustments where needed to ensure success.
• Adjust marketing strategies based on data insights and stay informed on industry trends to enhance marketing efforts.
• Work closely with internal sales and marketing team to align on marketing objectives and timelines.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing project coordination or similar roles.
• Experience in planning, designing, and promoting marketing programs.
• Experience with creating marketing schedules and managing campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to evaluate and improve marketing strategies based on performance and feedback.
• Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for optimal results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools/software.
