Job Description:

This role involves serving as a key point of contact for customers in a lighting store setting. As a customer service professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, ensuring their needs are met, and building strong relationships with them.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to adapt to various situations. They should also possess a strong understanding of lighting products, including features, benefits, and energy efficiency.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Assist customers in finding suitable lighting solutions based on their needs and preferences
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of lighting products, including trends, features, and technological advancements
  • Actively engage with customers, build rapport, and promote products to drive sales
  • Provide personalized consultation to customers by assessing their requirements, understanding their budget, and recommending appropriate lighting solutions
  • Conduct demonstrations of lighting fixtures and assist customers with installation instructions or coordinate installation services if provided
  • Monitor inventory levels, update product displays, and ensure availability of stock
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the shopping experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or complaints
