Role Overview

This position involves acting as a liaison between our clients and internal teams, fostering a collaborative environment.

We seek an individual with exceptional customer service skills to manage administrative tasks, including office supply inventory, data base management, and ACT CRM duties.

  • Administrative responsibilities include:
  • Telephone system management
  • Greeting customers and vendors
  • Office supply inventory and management
  • Data base management

Additionally, this role entails:

  • Bankruptcy certification and management using E-Oscar
  • Fax distribution and management
  • Mail return
  • Month end balancing and trust accounting
  • Documentation procurement and management
Customer Service Focus

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to maintain contact with current clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Quarterly customer service audit
  • Client response through phone calls, voicemails, and emails
  • Maintaining positive relationships with existing clients
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the following qualifications are essential:

- A creative, positive, and motivated individual

- Ability to complete administrative tasks efficiently

- Self-starter with team player attributes

- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- At least one year of customer service experience

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
