Job Title: Customer Service Liaison

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.

As a Customer Service Liaison, you will be the main point of contact between clients and our laboratory team, coordinating technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will manage and update client data, request-for-proposals (RFPs), and quotes in tools like Salesforce and PandaDoc, notify the operations team of incoming samples once quotes or contracts are finalized, and respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries about analytical testing services.

Additionally, you will communicate testing delays and provide regular turnaround time (TAT) updates to clients, ensuring compliance with GMP, GLP, and ISO standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical laboratory testing, including cGMP practices
  • Ability to understand technical documents, protocols, and pharmaceutical RFPs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with proposal/quotation systems like Salesforce, PandaDoc, or similar platforms is preferred
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (C1 level)
