We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Liaison Officer to facilitate the permits processing for real estate and agribusiness projects. The Liaison Officer will serve as the primary point of contact between executives and relevant government agencies, regulatory bodies, and third-party service providers. This role requires a deep understanding of local regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex permit application processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Permit Application Support:

  2. Assist executives in the preparation, submission, and tracking of permit applications for real estate and agribusiness projects.

  3. Ensure all required documentation is complete and meets regulatory standards, liaising with legal, technical, and compliance teams as needed.
  4. Government Liaison:

  5. Act as the primary contact between the company and local government authorities, agencies, and other stakeholders involved in permitting processes.

  6. Build and maintain positive relationships with government officials and agencies to facilitate smooth processing and approvals.
  7. Documentation and Record Keeping:

  8. Maintain an organized record of all permit applications, approvals, correspondence, and related documentation.

  9. Prepare reports and status updates for executives on the progress of ongoing permit applications.
  10. Problem Resolution:

  11. Address and resolve any issues or delays in the permitting process, collaborating with government officials, internal teams, and third-party vendors to find effective solutions.

  12. Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams:

  13. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., legal and compliance, project management, operations) to ensure alignment in terms of permit requirements and project timelines.

  14. Coordinate with external consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure all necessary documentation and approvals are in place.
  15. Reporting and Communication:

  16. Prepare and present regular updates and reports on permit processing progress to senior management and stakeholders.

  17. Communicate any regulatory changes or emerging issues that could impact project timelines or compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in permits processing, project management, or a related field, preferably within real estate or agribusiness sectors.
  • Strong understanding of government regulations and processes related to real estate and agribusiness permits.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with external agencies and internal teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • With motorcycle & has professional driver's license is an advantage.
