
Customer Service Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assist in managing customer communications, handling administrative processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in administrative support, customer service, or a related field (2+ years preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Manage bookings for training courses, including confirmations and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM and other administrative systems.
- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and other client documentation.
- Support consultants by scheduling meetings, organising materials, and following up on client needs.
- Handle invoicing, payments, and basic financial record-keeping.
- Coordinate logistics for on-site and public training events.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in WHS/OHS, compliance, or training industry (advantage but not essential).
- Knowledge of event coordination and scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of invoicing and payment processing.
