Job Title: Customer Admin Support

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assist in managing customer communications, handling administrative processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in administrative support, customer service, or a related field (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Manage bookings for training courses, including confirmations and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and other administrative systems.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and other client documentation.
  • Support consultants by scheduling meetings, organising materials, and following up on client needs.
  • Handle invoicing, payments, and basic financial record-keeping.
  • Coordinate logistics for on-site and public training events.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in WHS/OHS, compliance, or training industry (advantage but not essential).
  • Knowledge of event coordination and scheduling tools.
  • Basic understanding of invoicing and payment processing.
