",About the Role:
",We are looking for a dedicated professional with experience in handling multiple company accounts, QuickBooks expertise, and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, accounts payable, and assisting the Director of Finance with month-end processes and annual budgeting.

- Payroll Processing:",
- Process and audit payroll for assigned companies bi-weekly.",
- Utilize ADP Workforce for timely payroll completion.",
- Maintain accurate expense reimbursement records.",
- Prepare bi-weekly files for interface with ADP.",
- Calculate and process 401k contributions and match information.",
- Calculate paid time off and holiday pay.",
- Process vendor payments via wire, ACH, or checks.",

- Accounts Payable:",
- Communicate with third-party vendors for invoice processing and reconciliation.",
- Maintain organized records and ensure proper approval for invoices.",
- Reconcile vendor account statements monthly.",
- Monitor recurring invoices and alert management of large variances.",
- Prepare annual 1099s.",
Requirements:

- Demonstrated knowledge of ADP Payroll Processing (or other US payroll companies).",
- Experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).",
- Strong written and oral communication skills.",
- Excellent attention to detail.",
Preferred Qualifications:

- Intermediate to Advanced level skill in ADP Payroll Processing.",
- Advanced-level skill in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power BI).",

- Average salary range: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum.",
