Operational Risk Officer Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Operational Risk Officer to join our team in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks within our Wealth Management business.

  • Facilitate, implement, and execute Control Testing (CT) processes within the business unit.
  • Perform spot checks at Wealth Centers and operational hubs to ensure compliance and control effectiveness.
  • Proactively identify risks and resolve issues through collaboration with key stakeholders.

Job Description: As an Operational Risk Officer, you will play a vital role in managing operational risks. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate, implement, and execute Control Testing (CT) processes within the business unit.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of operational risk management ideally within a banking or comparable financial environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, and Analysis.
  • Familiarity with CT processes and their implementation.
