Job Overview

The Governance and Compliance Head oversees the development and implementation of governance policies, risk management strategies, and project governance frameworks to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities include developing governance policies and procedures for IT security, project management, and risk management. The individual will also identify, assess, and mitigate IT-related risks through collaborative efforts with Business Units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement governance policies and procedures.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate IT-related risks.
  • Provide oversight and guidance for project delivery.
  • Establish performance measurements to evaluate delivery operations' effectiveness.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on identified escalations or issues.
  • Promote awareness of IT governance principles and practices.
Requirements
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of working experience in IT, with 3+ years in IT Audit, IT Governance, or Delivery Excellence.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Reporting, including SLAs and OLAs, and risk management or assessment.
  • Background in ITSM and software development, solid project management skills, and ability to drive projects remotely.
