Strategic Risk Management Professional

The Junior Risk Analyst plays a pivotal part in identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the organization's objectives.
This role involves assisting in developing and updating risk management policies and procedures, as well as supporting the team in conducting risk assessments to identify potential organizational and operational risks.
Key responsibilities include utilizing the organization's existing risk framework and tools to identify and analyze risk across the organization, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to address identified risks, and fostering a risk-aware culture through effective communication and training initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, with a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant work experience in risk management, governance, compliance, and/or resilience. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are also essential for success in this role.
Additionally, the Junior Risk Analyst will participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis to identify risk factors, and support the Risk Team in creating and presenting risk reports and other risk-related deliverables.
By working cross-functionally with other teams, the successful candidate will have opportunities to implement projects that improve customer experience.
