APAC Third Party Outsourcing Program Vice President

Our organization seeks an experienced leader to oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans for third-party risk management in Asia-Pacific. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and improvement in outsourcing programs and overseeing the successful execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing compliance and program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver tactical and strategic solutions for key program workstreams, collaborating closely with stakeholders across various business units and functions.
  • Provide expert guidance on program objectives and requirements, influencing stakeholder expectations and supporting the integration of program enhancements.
  • Manage project lifecycles, tracking progress and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining open communication channels with stakeholders.
  • Develop and present clear, concise presentation materials for executive and working-level audiences, showcasing the value and impact of program initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; relevant work experience in third-party risk management, outsourcing, or related fields is essential.
  • 10+ years of experience in managing complex projects and programs, with expertise in risk management, control principles, and change management.
  • Exceptional leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to balance stakeholder feedback and competing priorities while driving impactful change.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the capacity to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships with global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a consultancy environment is highly desirable.
  • Mandarin language skills are an asset, enabling effective collaboration with regional stakeholders.
