Job Title

The role of Risk Management Strategist is a pivotal position within the organization. It involves supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of risk management strategies and business continuity frameworks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implementing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, policies, guidelines, and controls at the Business Unit level.
  • Executing programs to foster a culture of risk awareness within the organization.
  • Facilitating assessments of emerging and existing risks related to new strategic initiatives.
  • Providing guidance on identifying, assessing, and treating different risks and ensuring proper risk management strategy is instituted.
Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Planning: Implement ERM framework, policies, guidelines, and controls at the BU level.
  • Risk Awareness: Execute programs to build a risk awareness culture in the organization.
  • Risk Assessment: Facilitate assessment of emerging and existing risks related to new strategic initiatives.
  • Risk Mitigation: Provide guidance on identifying, assessing, and treating different risks and ensuring proper risk management strategy is instituted.
  • Business Continuity Management: Implement Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) framework, policies, guidelines, and controls at the BU level.
  • Risk Data Analytics & Reporting: Manage Risk Dashboards and Reporting Tools, perform risk data analysis and benchmarking.
