Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

You will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as managing existing customer relationships to drive growth and revenue.

In addition, you will conduct regular reviews with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, such as IT, Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud, networking, security, migration, IoT.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in improving internal processes and delivering projects on time.
  • A team player with the ability to interact across departments and levels.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
