Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Support Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our supervisors, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Communication: Handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and maintain open communication channels within the office.
  • Documentation: Create spreadsheets, presentations, and documents using MS Office applications.
  • Information Management: Manage and distribute information efficiently throughout the office.
  • CORRESPONDENCE: Assist in sending and receiving correspondence as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: Fresh graduates welcome; any bachelor's degree holder is eligible.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience: Back Office/Clerical Support experience preferred.
  • Residency: Must reside in Makati or nearby areas.
