Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Support Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our supervisors, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and maintain open communication channels within the office.
- Documentation: Create spreadsheets, presentations, and documents using MS Office applications.
- Information Management: Manage and distribute information efficiently throughout the office.
- CORRESPONDENCE: Assist in sending and receiving correspondence as required.
Requirements:
- Education: Fresh graduates welcome; any bachelor's degree holder is eligible.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience: Back Office/Clerical Support experience preferred.
- Residency: Must reside in Makati or nearby areas.
