About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at EZ Health Care Inc.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support to our staff. Key tasks include:

  • Answering telephones and responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Performing various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Preparing and sending correspondence, emails, and other documents
  • Managing office supplies and maintaining a well-stocked inventory
  • Documenting financial information and maintaining accurate records
  • Organizing and distributing messages, both internal and external
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is PHP 25,000 - 35,000 per month, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Working Environment

This role is based in Caloocan, and you will be working in a fast-paced office environment. You will have access to all necessary resources and equipment to perform your duties effectively.
