Job Description

As a Service Resolution Expert, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for handling customer complaints, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle large volumes of customer calls and respond to their queries and concerns.
  • Resolve customer complaints by listening attentively, clarifying the issue, and providing suitable solutions.
  • Manage customer expectations by setting realistic goals and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems as needed.

Requirements:

  • Completed 2 years of college or College Graduate with at least 1 year of BPO Voice experience.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and software.
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
