Job Opportunity

  • Support the development and implementation of human resources initiatives and systems.
  • Provide guidance on organizational policies and procedures.
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements and managing the hiring process.
  • Create and implement effective employee onboarding plans.
  • Develop training and professional development programs.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to achieving SOC 2 certifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of human resources functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, social studies or a related field; additional training will be considered an asset.
