We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while providing advice and support across all facets of the Human Resource Department.

  • Coordinate, implement, and oversee the company's compensation and benefits programs, as well as oversee Human Resources projects and HR Information Systems/databases.

  • Collaborate with the Human Resource Manager to ensure the proper handling of grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Psychology, Business, or a related field.

  • At least 6 months - 1 year of working experience in HR roles or similar positions.

  • An understanding of HR principles and basic HR software.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • The ability to identify and propose solutions to HR issues.

  • Accuracy in tasks such as data entry and documentation.

  • Maintains confidentiality and adheres to ethical standards.
