Senior Human Resources Manager PositionAbout the Job:

The Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading HR projects to meet and exceed client expectations. This role involves scope planning, project management, and negotiation with clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Plan and discuss delegation of work among project team members
  • Lead project workshops and interactive sessions
  • Manage senior client stakeholders and provide insights and recommendations
  • Deliver quality work that meets client needs
Requirements:
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • ATRI Certified Total Rewards Specialist (CTRS) certification
  • PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner or ACMP Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification
  • SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification
  • ILD Certified Learning and Development Professional (CLDP) certification

This role requires a high level of professionalism, technical competence, and personal credibility. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to working with different sectors and corporate cultures.
