", "About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to manage US-specific HR tasks, payroll processing, and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR compliance, payroll management, and data analysis.

The selected individual will be responsible for handling 1099 contractors, W-4 forms, and maintaining employee records. They will also support payroll processing using ADP or similar systems, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

In addition, they will develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the company's growth. This includes assisting with onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors, addressing employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with US labor laws.

The Human Resources Specialist will track expenses and reconcile financial transactions, collaborate with accountants or consultants to ensure accuracy and compliance, and conduct conversations with employees on HR-related topics.
