We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collections and maintaining accurate financial records. As an Account Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for utilizing QuickBooks to track payment records, handling incoming payments, reconciling and applying them accurately within the system.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Accounts Receivable Management: Manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collections and maintaining accurate financial records.
  2. QuickBooks Expertise: Utilize QuickBooks to track payment records, handle incoming payments, reconcile and apply them accurately within the system.
  3. Credit and Collections: Contact clients to follow up on overdue invoices and resolve any payment disputes.
  4. Invoicing and Reporting: Prepare and issue invoices, credit memos, and account statements, as well as generate and analyze reports related to accounts receivable and collection efforts.
  5. Process Improvement: Assist in improving collection processes and implementing effective techniques.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections.
  2. Expertise in QuickBooks is required.
  3. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
