Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal Specialist to join our litigation support team. The ideal candidate will possess strong research skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

The successful candidate will play a key role in case preparation and management by conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, managing discovery, and assisting with trial preparation.

  • Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and discovery requests with accuracy is essential.
  • Maintaining organized legal files ensures compliance with procedural requirements.
  • Conducting thorough legal and factual research produces concise and well-supported findings.
  • Preparing trial binders, exhibits, and witness materials is crucial for hearings.
  • Tracking deadlines, hearings, and schedules prevents delays.
  • Effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders gathers and clarifies case details.
  • Managing document production and review during discovery is vital.
  • Providing administrative and litigation support throughout all phases of case management is essential.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal working in litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery processes, and filings.
  • Proficiency with case management systems.
  • Skilled in legal research tools such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or PACER.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
