Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate outbound calls to follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or referrals.
  • Manage inbound calls as needed to support team collaboration and workflow continuity.
  • Maintain adherence to structured outbound scripts while building rapport and handling objections.
  • Meet daily and weekly call volume targets and conversion benchmarks consistently.
  • Capture and update client information accurately using CRM tools.
  • Handle rejections professionally and escalate qualified leads efficiently.
  • Provide timely updates on availability and performance blockers (e.g., headset issues).
  • Participate in coaching sessions and apply feedback proactively.
  • Maintain transparency and accountability in daily work logs and call quality.
Requirements:
  • Law graduates, paralegals, or professionals with experience in customer service, legal intake, or call centers are eligible.
  • Demonstrate strong sense of accountability - reliability with schedules, updates, and response times.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Open to coaching and quick to apply feedback and resilient under pressure.
