About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and their law firms.

• You will oversee a pipeline of incoming pre-settlement funding applications.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and medical providers to collect case details and documentation.
• Provide compassionate and efficient guidance to applicants throughout the funding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze legal documents such as police reports, medical records, and settlement documents.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of law firm submissions.
• Maintain CRM accuracy with timely updates on case statuses.
• Monitor progress of applications and prioritize high-urgency cases effectively.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in legal funding, personal injury, claims processing, sales, or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.
• Working knowledge of personal injury case types (auto accidents, premises liability, etc.).
• Comfortable handling legal documents and coordinating with attorneys.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.
