About the Job

The role of Management Trainee is pivotal in driving business growth and ensuring operational excellence within the assigned area. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Implementing and enforcing Food, Safety and Cleanliness Programs to guarantee compliance.
  2. Maintaining day-to-day operations efficiency for Dine-In and Take-Home Sales Services, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  3. Bolstering sales initiatives by providing leadership support to Restaurant Managers through strategic client relationships and customer engagement.
  4. Evaluating opportunities for process improvements and cost management to surpass sales and growth targets.
  5. Managing workforce within the assigned store, encompassing manpower planning, hiring, orientation, and certification of new team members, as well as scheduling and shift management.
  6. Executing other essential administrative tasks necessary for business success, including office organization, government permit acquisition, and program implementation such as Store Safety.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  1. A Bachelor's Degree in a field related to Food or Business is required.
  2. Exceptional leadership skills and customer service abilities are mandatory.
  3. Precise communication, both oral and written, is crucial at all levels of store operations.
  4. The ability to perform under pressure or opposition is essential.
  5. Flexibility to work non-traditional schedules and extended hours is required.
