Job Title: Customer Support Liaison
">We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Liaison to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will own customer communications from initial request through to resolution.
">This role offers a unique opportunity to scale our support function, maintain knowledge base resources, improve processes, and collaborate closely with teams across the business.
">About the Role- You will be responsible for becoming an expert in all areas of our product, serving as a resource for customers and internal stakeholders alike.
- You will own customer communications, resolving issues via Intercom and occasional phone conversations.
- Collect customer feedback and influence the direction of our product to ensure it meets the evolving needs of our clients.
- You will identify issues and work with our development team to escalate bugs, solve problems, or obtain missing information.
- Develop and improve processes to scale support with our growing business.
- Create and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation such as knowledge base articles.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers, Retention, Implementation, and Marketing teams.
- Previous experience in a customer support role is essential.
- Proficiency with various software systems, including Zapier, Slack, Zoom, Loom, Client Success, Google Work, Atlassian, and Intercom.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for creating professional documents and presentations.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Able to listen to concerns and handle criticism without taking it personally.
- Engage in robust and articulate dialogue while maintaining an open mind.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
