Patient Service Liaison

As a key point of contact, you will be the initial liaison for patients seeking chiropractic services. Your role involves responding to enquiries in a prompt and professional manner, providing clear information about our services, and managing incoming leads to maximise engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities:- Respond to patient enquiries via phone, email, online forms, and other marketing channels
- Provide empathetic information about chiropractic services, addressing questions and concerns with precision
- Manage incoming leads, conduct timely follow-ups, and reactivate past patients through proactive outreach
- Record and update all interactions in lead management and CRM systems
- Track, analyse, and report on lead conversion rates and relevant performance metrics
- Schedule initial consultations and follow-up appointments with clinic staff and chiropractors
- Handle payment transactions, provide transparent pricing information, and guide patients through payment options
- Bachelor's degree or Certificate IV in a relevant discipline preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role within a healthcare environment
- Strong background in the medical or allied health field is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a personable and empathetic approach
- High level of discipline in following procedures, scripts, and workflow systems
