Account Development

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Key Account Development Plan (ADP) framework, encompassing essential elements like SOPs, KPI reporting, risk management, compliance, QHSE, audits, ESG initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Promote above-base project work through strategic account development and relationship-building.
  • Design and execute an innovation-driven transformation program to enhance service delivery quality and operational efficiency.
  • Foster year-on-year improvements and propose cost-saving measures to stakeholders.

Operations

  • Lead the transition team from mobilization to steady-state operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Manage a team of Supervisors, Team Leaders, and on-site operations staff, with P&L and DSO accountability.
  • Act as a liaison between FM/site lead and other departments at head office, providing support and expertise as needed.
  • Cascade corporate programs to site level, ensuring effective implementation and alignment.
  • Delve into contractual SLA and KPI performance for cleaning, landscape, and pest control services.
  • Maintain subcontractor compliance with scope and SLA requirements.
  • Deliver regular performance reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for conflict resolution and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Develop training programs to foster a high-performance culture driven by technology.
  • Ensure area compliance with HSE regulations and standards.
  • Support administrative tasks to facilitate timely invoicing to clients.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in Operations Management or similar roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management and strategic planning principles.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive efficiency and achieve business objectives while promoting profitability.
  • Advanced knowledge of best business practices and industry standards.
  • Experience with costing, budgeting, financial reporting, and expense monitoring.
  • Background in developing operations procedures and monitoring compliance and performance.
