About the Role:

This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success. As Executive Director, you will be responsible for the overall performance and strategic direction of your assigned business unit, ensuring market share growth, team development, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute business strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  2. Lead and manage all aspects of the business unit, including operations, sales, marketing, HR, and finance.
  3. Oversee the development and implementation of financial plans.
  4. Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitive activity, adapting strategies as needed.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a general management or senior leadership role, preferably within the same industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and growing business units.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
