Job Title: Virtual Assistant GHL SpecialistOverview:

We're seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to manage our clients' Go High Level (GHL) accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in using GHL for CRM setup, automation, funnel building, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and manage GHL CRM accounts for clients, including pipelines, workflows, triggers, and automations.
  • Create and optimize funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys within GHL.
  • Integrate GHL with third-party tools (e.g., Stripe, Zapier, calendars, email systems).
  • Manage and monitor email, SMS, and social media automations within the platform.
  • Assist with lead management by organizing contacts, tagging, and segmenting audiences.
  • Provide support for appointment scheduling, calendar management, and reminders.
  • Generate and analyze reports on campaigns, pipelines, and conversions.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with GHL CRM (setup, automation, and funnel management).
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and sales pipelines.
  • Familiarity with email and SMS marketing best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Knowledge of Zapier, Google Workspace, or other integrations.
  • Familiarity with lead generation workflows and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field (preferred but not required).
