As a seasoned marketing professional, you have the opportunity to excel in a dynamic environment where creativity and strategic thinking thrive. We are seeking an experienced Go High Level (GHL) expert with a strong background in marketing and automation. Your mission will be to design, implement, and optimize complex marketing campaigns, leveraging the power of GHL to drive results.

About the Role

In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the backend of GHL, including integrations, workflows, and triggers. You will also create high-converting funnel systems, manage email and SMS campaigns, and develop automated workflows to nurture leads and guide them through the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • GHL System Management: Ensure optimal configuration and maintenance of the GHL platform for maximum efficiency.
  • Funnel Building and Optimization: Design and implement high-performing funnels, landing pages, and lead capture systems.
  • Campaign Development and Execution: Develop and execute email, SMS, and automated marketing campaigns, tracking performance and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Content Creation and Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling copy and design assets for campaigns, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing vision.
  • Affiliate Marketing Program Management: Establish and manage affiliate tracking systems and campaigns, working closely with partners and affiliates to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Advanced GHL Knowledge: Proven expertise in setting up and optimizing GHL, including funnels, workflows, triggers, and integrations.
  • Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated track record in executing successful email, SMS, and digital marketing campaigns, with a deep understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms is an asset. Basic understanding of analytics tools and marketing KPIs is essential.
  • Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Creative and Strategic Thinking: Capable of translating big-picture ideas into actionable steps, bringing new ideas to the table, and driving continuous innovation.
