Technical Support Specialist Role

We're looking for a skilled technical support specialist to join our team. As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support for a growing CRM and automation platform.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a developer's mindset and experience with Go High Level (GHL) in a support, automation, or technical configuration role. They should be able to debug, trace logic, read logs, and reverse-engineer automation failures.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate user-reported problems, trace logic across workflows, and pinpoint root causes with minimal direction.
  • Configure, test, and refine automations, triggers, forms, and custom workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal development and implementation teams to escalate bugs, recommend solutions, and contribute to fixes.
  • Maintain internal documentation and contribute to a knowledge base for recurring issues and solutions.
  • Suggest platform performance and user experience improvements based on real-world insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A solid understanding of GHL and its various components.
  • Experience with API integrations and JSON payloads.
  • Strong written communication skills for clear, text-based client communication.
  • A self-starter who digs into problems without waiting for step-by-step instructions.

Work Arrangement & Expectations

This is a remote role that requires collaboration during core Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours. The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Be available for meetings and collaboration during core AEST business hours.
  • Attend daily stand-up meetings with the team.
