Business Development and Sales Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Sales Operations Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective clients. Your primary objective will be to lead the full sales cycle, from lead generation to onboarding and customer success.

About This Opportunity:

You will have the opportunity to develop and execute outreach strategies to generate leads via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other relevant channels. Additionally, you will research target markets and identify potential clients, qualify leads, and move them through the sales funnel. You will also conduct cold calls, warm calls, and presentations to prospective clients, attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads, manage and maintain the CRM system, track and analyze sales data, and develop and implement sales processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Business Development:
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate leads.
  • Research target markets and identify potential clients.
  • Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct cold calls, warm calls, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system.
  • Track and analyze sales data.
  • Develop and implement sales processes and best practices.
  • Customer Onboarding and Success:
  • Onboard new customers and provide ongoing support.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive adoption and retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 or more years of proven experience in sales, business development, and/or sales operations.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in lead generation and outreach strategies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
